HR software (and enterprise software in general) can be so stuffy. InterviewFlex's product — an online virtual interview experience — is new and exciting, but they needed a user experience and brand to match. Through the use of bright color, bold graphics and user-centered thinking, we achieved just that.
The basis of the logo came from the the company's name itself. The shape radiates out from a central line, forming both an "I" and literal stretch, representing the increased flexibility that the software affords its HR professional customers. With fresh but stable typography, the logo mark can be perceived as both friendly and trustworthy.
The punch from the brand lies in it's use of color. — calming blues with an intermittent dash of electric lime and terracotta here and there. It makes the User Interface pop while still being highly usable and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines compliant.
